The sorting line in Chu Cheng is actually "Made in China"!

No matter how advanced the planting technology is, there will be differences between the individual fruits produced.

Realizing the transformation of agricultural products into commodities depends on the "sorting" part. Chu Cheng is no exception.

Chucheng's sorting plant is a highlight of our study tour this time——

The price of ordinary citrus sorting lines on the market is around tens of thousands; while Chucheng's sorting line is worth several million.

So, why Chu Cheng's sorting line is so expensive?

Ordinary sorting lines are mostly mechanical roller or drum sorting equipment, at most they are sorting by weight, which can only separate fruits in different sizes.

The Chucheng’s sorting line, based on weight sorting function, used 3D visual imaging technology to identify the visual features of fruits, and realized the refined selection by color, shape, defects and volume.

This sorting system is divided into two parts: one is the hardware part-holographic data collection; the other is the software part-visual recognition, and the defect parameters can be freely customized to meet different market demands.

In November this year, Chu Cheng upgraded the sorting system again and added an non-destructive internal quality control system.

This sorting line is more powerful---it can identify the internal physiological indicators of fruits and vegetables such as brix, acidity, and mildew without damaging the fruits.

The sugar-acid ratio is directly displayed on the screen,  simple operation.

The near-infrared sensor and total transmission detection technology used in the Chucheng sorting line have been widely used in the field of medical detection before, and now they can also be used in agriculture.

For 19 years, Reemoon has been focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and service of fruit and vegetable post-harvest equipment (sorting, washing, preservation, automatic auxiliary equipment).

"Now is exactly the golden period for the development of Chinese agricultural products brands. We hope to go deeper in the field of fruit sorting, give full play to our strengths, and help build better agricultural products brands." Manager Hu Yebing of the Reemoon Marketing Department told Xinnongtang .

Not only a supplier of equipment, Reemoon is more like a service provider for overall solutions in post-harvest of fruits and vegetables——

The operating speed of Chucheng sorting line can reach 11 oranges per second. The entire sorting line also includes sterilization and preservation before sorting, and automatic quantitative packaging after sorting. Workers only need to operate the computer and replenish the cartons. , Which greatly saves labor.
